- 9:15 am: Welcome Address from ASU President Michael Crow (by video)
- 9:20 am: Panel on STI Approaches (5 minutes each)
- SEESHOP (Harry Collins)
- Toolbox (Michael O’Rourke)
- Trading Zones (Michael Gorman)
- Conation (Tom Seager)
- STIR (Erik Fisher)
- 9:50 am: Discussion
- 10:30 am: Break (beverages and snacks available in Break Station)
- 11 am: Discussion
- 11:30 am: Form Breakout Groups
- 12:00 pm: Lunch – Each breakout group dines together informally
- 1:00 pm: Formal Discussion of Breakout Groups
- 2:30 pm: Develop Main Conclusions and Findings
- 3:00 pm: Report Back (5 minutes each)
- 4:00 pm: Break (beverages and snacks available in Break Station)
- 4:30 pm: Core Group Summaries, Questions, and Planning for Day 2
- 5:00 pm: Break (Please note that Break Station will close at 5 p.m.)
- 6:00 pm: Reception (in Courtyard)
- 7:00 pm: Dinner on your own
Day 2: Wednesday May 22, 2013
- 8 am: Breakfast
- 9 am: Core Group Collects and Reviews Findings from Day 1 – Identifies Key Themes, Questions, Goals of Report
- 10 am: Core Group meets with Remaining Participants to discuss Emerging Vision for Report
- 11 am: Break (beverages and snacks available in Break Station)
- 11:30 am: Identify and Assign Tasks (e.g., clarification of questions and themes, literature review, data gathering, data analysis, section drafting, etc.)
- 12:00 pm: Lunch
- 1:00 pm: Begin Working on Tasks
- 3:00 pm: Break (beverages and snacks available in Break Station)
- 3:30 pm: Report Back
- 4:00 pm: Continue with Tasks, Identify New Tasks, and/or Discuss Report Outline
- 5:00 pm: Conclude (Please note that Break Station will close at 5 p.m.)
