Luciano Kay is a research professional affiliated with the Center for Nanotechnology in Society at University of California Santa Barbara (CNS-UCSB) and The Georgia Tech Program in Science, Technology and Innovation Policy (STIP) at Georgia Tech. His experience and research interests are in policy research and analysis related with economic development, science and technology (S&T) and innovation policy. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Public Policy from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
