Rodrigo Cortes is a Graduate Research Assistant in the Technology Policy and Assessment group at Georgia Tech, and he is also Professor in the Technology Management Graduate Program at the Universidad de Talca Campus Santiago, Chile. He received his M.Sc. degree in International Agribusiness from University of Goettingen, Germany in 2004. Currently he is a Fulbright PhD. student in the School of Public Policy at Georgia Tech.
