Poster Submissions

Thank you for agreeing to present your work during the poster session at the workshop. We look forward to exciting conversations.

The workshop organizers will print the poster for you, provided you follow these instructions:

1.    Please use our template:  Poster Template

This template will produce a poster that is 36” x 56”. You are welcome to move the boxes, change their size, add or delete boxes, and use whatever color or graphics you would like, but we request you start with this template to produce a 36" x 56”, landscape-oriented poster in PowerPoint format. It will greatly facilitate our ability to print the posters efficiently.

2.    Save your poster using the following file name format: LastnameFirstinitial_SynBioPoster_2014.ppt
For example, my poster file would be BrianJ_SynBioPoster_2014.ppt, and if I submit two posters, the second will be BrianJ_SynBioPosterII_2014.ppt.

3.    You can submit the poster below or email the poster in PPT (and PDF, if possible) format to jenny.brian@asu.edu by Oct 21, 2014. This is a firm deadline. Posters received after this deadline will not be printed, and participant will be responsible for printing their own poster.

We request you do not use a font smaller than 24 pt (ideally, the body text will be 26-32 pt font, and headlines will be 90-100 pt font). Graphics and images are encouraged, but the resolution should be high.
