CNS-ASU Fellow's Research Aimed at Improving Engineers' Empathy

Improved social and emotional intelligence can help scientists and engineers connect to a broader public and better tailor their research and innovation to benefit society. CNS-ASU Fellow Kaitlin Vortherms is researching the role of empathy in engineering, as well as practical approaches to increasing empathic capacity in engineers.
