    Dave was an Assistant Research Professor with CNS-ASU since its inception in 2005.

    On April 5-7, CNS-ASU participated in the Tempe Festival of Arts, showing off nano experiments and talking with citizens about the ways nanotechnologies have started appearing in our daily life.

    Continuing the year-long series on the Nano City, the CNS-ASU Science Cafe held its March event last week entitled Power in the Nano City. The discussion focused on the issue of "power" in two of its forms: electricity and authority.

    Students and faculty discuss the presentations

    This semester, twelve graduate students from the Design School at ASU have been participating in a capstone course taught by Darren Petrucci of the Design School and Arnim Wiek of the Center for Nanotechnology in Society. This week they met in ASU's Descision Theater to present their progress so far, and to get feedback on their work with several ASU faculty.
