Colorado’s Center for Science and Technology Policy Research conducts research, education, and outreach on science-and-society. It collaborates with the College of Engineering and Applied Science which, through an NSF NUE grant, has introduced NSE into a popular freshmen course that includes a macro-ethics component to develop the ability to address potential adverse consequences of technologies during product design.
