You must complete the Volunteer's Questionnaire in order to be considered for participation on a National Citizens' Technology Forum (NCTF) panel. All information will be kept strictly confidential.
Because this project is part of the research done at The Center for Nanotechnology in Society at Arizona State University, we need to gather general information about you, as well as your responses to a set of knowledge and attitude questions. These latter questions will have no bearing on whether you are selected to be a participant, but will provide us with baseline information about all of our volunteers.
Please complete the questionnaire as soon as possible. We will follow up and keep you informed as the project progresses.
