Dr. Cun-Zheng Ning, Professor of Electrical Engineering at Arizona State University’s Fulton Schools of Engineering, will discuss work on replacing copper with light in communication systems and computers, focusing on his work with nano-lasers and how they may be used to create far more powerful, faster and efficient microchips for future supercomputers.
