CNS-ASU
Roxanne Wheelock Graduate Research Assistant, Center for Nanotechnology in Society
Roxanne Wheelock has over fifteen years of
experience in the human performance technology field, beginning with a
doctoral education in clinical psychology at Arizona State University in
the 1980's. She worked in the semiconductor industry for 10 years as a
training manager and organization development consultant, and has been
self-employed for the last ten years since her developmentally-disabled
brother came to live with her and her husband. Having focused on
technical writing and computer-based performance aids in her business,
Roxanne was thrilled to return to school this year in ASU's new Masters
of Liberal Studies program. Her concentration area is Science, Society,
and Creative Nonfiction Writing, which complements her work in
communications development for the Center for Nanotechnology in Society.
She is currently creating promotional materials for the Center, as well
as developing an intranet to support intra-organizational communication
among CNS's partner universities.
